| Chicago, IL - Talk Radio Network FM's Erich "Mancow" Muller shares his stories in the new book The Chris Farley Show, A Biography in Three Acts scheduled to be released in May of this year. It is the true story of a man who lived to make us laugh and died as a result; written by Tom Farley Jr., Chris's older brother and Tanner Colby. In the book, Chris Farley, the Saturday Night Live star is remembered by his family, colleagues, and friends including Mancow host of Mancow's Morning Madhouse.
Tom Farley Jr., author of The Chris Farley Show, was a special guest on Mancow's Morning Madhouse May 12, 2008. Mancow shared many of his personal memories of Chris Farley and their time together; he played several voicemails that Chris Farley had left for him over the years. During the segment Mancow said, "In retrospect, I wish I would have picked up the phone, maybe I could have done something."
Chris Farley moved back to Chicago, and took up residence in John Hancock Center, where the radio studio of Mancow was also located. According to the book, "Chris frequently popped in at the show (Mancow's Morning Madhouse) on his way in or out of the building...the show gave Chris a stage whenever he needed one."
In The Chris Farley Show Mancow shares his story about visiting Chris Farley at his apartment and his attraction to clowns. "Chris had all these pictures of clowns in his hallway. He said that they frightened and fascinated him and that he found them sad. When he was drinking he would always talk like Burl Ives and sing old Burl Ives songs. He'd go, 'A little bitty tear let me down, spoiled my act as a clown.' He'd sing that over and over and over."
Mancow contributes a heartfelt remembrance of events in the book The Chris Farley Show as he shares about a moment when Chris left one of the many rehabilitation centers. "That May, Chris Rock was performing in Chicago. Farley called me and said, 'I've broken out of prison. I'm out. I want to go see my boy Chris Rock!' Chris broke out of rehab to go to this show. I met him at his apartment, and I was begging him not to drink. I was sitting there, going, No, No, Chris. Please.
"He said, 'Just a little splash.' That's how it started off, a Coke with a splash of whiskey - and I mean just a drop. Then an hour later it turned into a glass of whiskey with a splash of Coke. We went to the concert to meet Tim Meadows and his wife, and I spent the whole night fighting him." Mancow tells this story like no one else can.
Mancow's Morning Madhouse recently announced eight additional affiliate stations being added to the show's growing affiliate list. The latest new additions include: WCFO, Atlanta; WVIE, Baltimore; WIST, New Orleans; KHBZ, Honolulu; WEEO, Hagerstown-Chambersburg, PA; KURQ, San Luis Obispo, CA; KDZZ, Rochester, MN and KTFS, Texarkana, TX. TRN-FM's Mancow's Morning Madhouse has added a whopping twenty-one new affiliates since last year expanding the shows reach across the country.
Mancow is a regular contributor on the Fox News Channel's "Fox and Friends" which is a highly anticipated segment of the morning program. This exposure on camera helped Mancow easily shine as the star of his very own hour long special on the Fox News Channel called, "Planet Mancow" which was given several encore showings.
In addition to all of these media engagements, Mancow has also contributed commentaries to "Chicago Tonight" a TV talk show covering current events. Mancow has appeared on a variety television programs including: "Politically Incorrect," "Jerry Springer," "David Letterman," "Hard Copy" and others. Muller is the author of a Best-Selling book Dad, Dames, Demons, and a Dwarf and he has written for "Newsmax.com," "Playboy" and "Gear Magazine."
Mancow's Morning Madhouse airs live Monday-Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. CST on TRN-FM. |

| WASHINGTON, D.C. - Talk Radio Network host Rusty Humphries is teaming up with Sons and Daughters In Touch (SDIT) over the Memorial Day weekend for a national radiothon to benefit SDIT and its support of the construction of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Education Center on the National Mall.
The SDIT National Radiothon will air nationwide on Talk Radio Network's The Rusty Humphries Show May 23 through 26. SDIT-a national nonprofit organization comprised of nearly 3,000 Americans who lost their fathers in the Vietnam War-will be enlisting the support of Humphries, an SDIT member whose father, Army Capt. Gary D. Humphries, was killed on Jan. 29, 1969 in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam. For the past 18 years, Sons and Daughters In Touch has worked to locate, unite and provide support to the now-grown children of American servicemen who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Vietnam War.
The Rusty Humphries Show is now heard on over 200 affiliates nationwide and is ranked the 10th largest syndicated talk show in the country according to Talkers Magazine. Talk Radio Network is expecting a huge amount of support and donations from Rusty Humphries' listeners showing support of Sons and Daughters In Touch and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
"Sons and Daughters In Touch members are grateful to 'one of our own' Rusty Humphries and his radio program The Rusty Humphries Show for this support in preserving the legacy of our fathers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Vietnam War," said Tony Cordero, SDIT founder and chairman.
"Sons and Daughters In Touch challenges Americans this Memorial Day weekend to help preserve the legacy of those who were killed or remain missing-many of whom were fathers-by contributing to this campaign that will support the construction of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Education Center," Cordero said.
The SDIT National Radiothon airing on Talk Radio Network's Rusty Humphries Show during May 23, 24 and 26 (Memorial Day Weekend) is part of SDIT's "Honoring Every Name on The Wall" campaign, a grassroots fundraising effort that kicked off Veterans Day 2007 in conjunction with the 25th anniversary of The Wall. To date, nearly $10,000 has been raised. The SDIT National Radiothon's goal is to raise more than $58,000; $1.00 for every name on The Wall.
Starting May 15 and continuing through June 13, individuals or organizations that want to support the SDIT campaign can make a tax-deductible contribution online at SDIT.org or by calling 1-800-890-SDIT. Proceeds will be presented to Vietnam Veterans Memorial founder Jan Scruggs June 15 during the Father's Day Rose Remembrance Ceremony at The Wall.
"I feel that there is no greater cause than to ensure that my father and the more than 58,000 other Americans who were killed or are missing are forever remembered as not only a name on that strikingly beautiful black granite memorial, but to show that those names were fathers and sons who were struck down in the prime of their lives for a noble cause. I urge my listeners and every patriotic American to donate to the 'Honoring Every Name on The Wall' campaign this Memorial Day Weekend," Humphries said.
Humphries broadcasts over the last 25 years have taken him to Iraq, Kuwait, England, Cuba, Mexico, Italy, Israel (including Gaza and The West Bank). Rusty is an expert on military issues and has featured many of America's soldiers and distinguished officials live from Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as a military observer at the U.S. Naval Station Guantanomo Bay Detention Center and has contacts directly to the Pentagon and Centcom.
During the SDIT National Radiothon over the Memorial Day Weekend The Rusty Humphries Show will include interviews with celebrity guests and people who had prominent roles in the Vietnam War and the building of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. | Chicago, IL - TRN-FM's Erich "Mancow" Muller will represent The National Radio Hall of Fame and Museum while inducting legendary radio comedian Jimmy Durante at this Saturday's National Radio Hall of Fame gala live in Chicago.
Durante has been deceased since 1980, but his career spanned generations as a vaudevillian turned 1940s radio comedian and singer, he entertained audiences with his mangled English and raspy voice. The Jimmy Durante Show enjoyed success as both a solo act and as a comedy duo with sidekick Gary Moore for many years.
Mancow's interest in legendary broadcasters was fueled at an early age when his father introduced him to reel-to-reel recordings of classics like: Burns and Allen, Inner Sanctum Mysteries, The Shadow, Terry and the Pirates, Orson Welles and many others. Mancow claims that he and his popular morning show has been influenced by those who have used radio to inform and entertain in the past. He is honored to be part of the induction of Jimmy Durante into The National Radio Hall of Fame.
Mancow's Morning Madhouse is nationally syndicated by TRN-FM and is now heard on over 35 stations coast-to-coast including: San Francisco, Houston, Philadelphia, Miami, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Reno and Atlantic City.
This will be the second time that Mancow has been asked to do the honors as he inducted broadcaster Jim Bohannon into The National Radio Hall of Fame in 2003.
This year's black-tie gala is billed as, "Radio's biggest night of the year", with ABC Radio's Sean Hannity acting as host. The event will be streamed live Saturday, November 3rd, at 10:00 p.m. (ET) for more information go to www.radiohof.org. |

| Los Angeles, CA- The launching of Talk Radio Network-FM's The Phil Hendrie Show has been an "astounding success", according to TRN-FM CEO Mark Masters. Since his launch just two weeks ago, over forty markets have added Phil Hendrie to their late evening lineup, including some of the top radio markets across the U.S. The Phil Hendrie Show has been added in San Francisco, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, San Diego, Tampa, Denver, Riverside, Memphis, Las Vegas, West Palm Beach, Akron, Charleston, Reno, Boise, Augusta, and Bakersfield, to name a few.
In Los Angeles, where the show is based, Phil Hendrie was one of a handful of personalities who was able to achieve #1 ranked status in his daypart for over two years on KFI AM. The show became nationally syndicated in 1996 and was heard on over 100 stations around the country prior to Hendrie taking a brief exit to pursue television and movie projects.
"It's not surprising so many stations welcomed the return of Phil Hendrie," says TRN-FM CEO Mark Masters. "Phil is the master of satire and always delivers a pay off, which brings perspective on important issues of the day. He truly is a genius at his art form."
The re-launch of The Phil Hendrie Show has also allowed Hendrie to incorporate some new elements into the nightly program, tackling issues and breaking news of the day, while still using his creative style and voice characterizations to provide perspective.
Jim P. Pappas, Vice President/General Manager of KTRB-AM 860, San Francisco, says, "Phil Hendrie is the master of radio comedy and satire. We added The Phil Hendrie Show without hesitation. No one else compares."
Echoing similar sentiments, Program Director Dave Sniff, of 760 KFMB, San Diego, says, "Phil is simply a master at blending humor and issues! The night-time slot is perfect for the 'theater of the mind' style of communication he has made so famous. He is an original and extremely unique and when you put his talent against your average talk host, you win!"
Doug Westerman, Program Director of KTLK-FM, Minneapolis says, "Phil's insight on everyday life is by far one of the most unique in talk radio..."
Jon Volmar, Program Director, 1250 WHNZ in Tampa, says, "We are thrilled to bring Phil Hendrie back to the Tampa market. His style of talk radio is humorous, satirical and very entertaining and will be a great addition to WHNZ. "
Charlotte Burke, Program Director, News Talk 720 KDWN, Las Vegas says, "Phil could do a show just like other talk hosts do -and he'd be great at it. But that would be like asking Pamela Anderson to grab her floatation device and walk, not run, along the beach."
John Mountz of Super Talk 99.7 WTN in Nashville, says, "When I found out Phil Hendrie was back, my first thought was how do we get it? I was pleasantly surprised the show is live during the difficult to fill overnight slot. At last, a show that can give my competitor a run for its money. From the listener responses I have gotten so far, it was a great programming move for WTN."
In Omaha, Neil Nelkin, Program Director of KKAR says, "Phil Hendrie was the perfect addition to the KKAR schedule. A live show during the late night hours: relevant, foreground and outspoken. Response for the first two weeks has been much more than I expected."
John Starr, General Manager, WBXY, Gainesville, says, "Phil Hendrie is a truly unique and gifted radio personality. We've had many listeners rejoice that Phil is back and on our station. He goes well with Mancow."
In Tucson, Chuck Meyer, KCUB says "As someone who has had the pleasure of working with Phil Hendrie in the past, I have a special appreciation for his talents beyond my enjoyment of his show as a listener. Phil is his own niche. Nobody should go where Phil goes - or should even try."
Johnnie Walker, Program Director, KROD-AM, El Paso says, "There are few names that generate so much enthusiasm in the radio talk world as Phil Hendrie. Most new talk shows need a killer demo to sell itself to potential markets, but Phil's name almost sells the show by itself! The excitement in the responses when I mentioned the possibility of getting this show was key in making the call. Not many talk show hosts can generate THIS much excitement about a show."
Jerry Evans, Owner of KKFT-FM, Reno says, "I chose Phil Hendrie because you can expect the unexpected. There simply isn't another radio show like it in any radio format."
Phil Hendrie has been in radio broadcasting for over 30 years and began doing talk radio in 1990. The first Phil Hendrie Show was a comedy talk radio program that became renowned for its unique and controversial guests, who were actually fictional characters created and voiced by Hendrie himself.

| Orlando, FL. - Talk Radio Network's nationally syndicated talk show host, Rusty Humphries, has a reputation for reporting from the front lines of the War on Terror. He has bolstered that hard-earned reputation after an exclusive, inside look at terrorist and Muslim Extremist activities in Brussels, Afghanistan and London. Humphries was invited as the sole journalist to chronicle a secret, "Need to know," inspection of NATO's efforts in Afghanistan by Supreme Allied Commander of Europe, General John Craddock. This trip to the front lines of the Afghanistan war zone triggered Humphries' three part investigation of the War on Terror outside of the United States.
BRUSSELS
Humphries reports that the influence of extremists in Brussels, the capital of the European Union, is pervasive and troubling. "The Muslim extremist threat is far worse than the American media reports," says Humphries. "There's absolutely nothing on the news about this and Americans will be shocked when this story reaches the antique, head-in-the-sand, media."
AFGHANISTAN
The details of this trip, to date, have been kept secret due to safety concerns. Humphries and General Craddock inspected four separate provinces and war zones. Afghanistan, one of the key regions in the fight against terror, continues to face the threat of a Taliban resurgence. The Taliban, like Al Qaeda, are Muslim fundamentalists and a key support group to Osama bin Laden and his followers. Afghanistan remains a major producer of opium and there is an active attempt to cut off the drug trade as a source of income for terrorists. Additionally, Humphries visited a town in the NE province of Afghanistan called Feyzabad. The location is so remote; it is the only area the Taliban did not gain control. The poverty and lifestyle is that out of the 1600's.
LONDON
London was Humphries final stop and, incredibly, his life and freedom was in jeopardy there, as well. As Humphries has reported in the past, London is a significant hotbed of extremist activities and terrorism plots. While in London, Humphries interviewed the infamous Member of Parliament, George Galloway. Galloway, now that Tony Blair has stepped down, is the best known member of Parliament in the world today. A self-proclaimed anti-American and good friend of Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, and Yassir Arafat and Saddam Hussein (when alive), Galloway thanked Humphries for the interview by attempting to have him arrested inside the halls of Parliament.
Humphries then visited and interviewed attendees of the London Central Mosque. These recorded interviews demonstrate the shocking and extreme views of Muslims living in London. With ties to Osama bin Laden, those interviewed were the recipients of videos sent directly from the man who masterminded 9/11 and so much more.
The Rusty Humphries Show is a fast-paced, issue-oriented, caller-driven talk show. Rusty's unique talent can make you laugh one minute and cry the next as he challenges his listeners on the hottest topics of the day. His "matter-of-fact" common sense delivery is highly entertaining and informative. Rusty's high-energy and passion transcends the radio and makes it feel as though he is in the same room with you.
Rusty has been nominated for R&R News/Talk Personality of the Year and for the last five years in a row has been named to Talkers Magazine's "Heavy 100". Rusty was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Hall of Fame as its youngest inductee ever.
Listen for Rusty's quick wit and sincere passion as he engages his callers and audience in the hottest conversations of the day.

| Kansas City, MO - The country's premier military talk show has joined forces with Talk Radio Network Entertainment. Beginning Saturday June 2nd, The National Defense Radio Show provides a hard-hitting, take-no-prisoners approach to issues that affect our nation's heroes. Jerry Newberry, communications director for the Veterans of Foreign Wars, with co-host Randy Miller, discusses hot topics of interest to veterans and interviews national military and political figures.
The National Defense highlights issues of vital importance to our country that until now have only been discussed by talk show hosts who have little or no connection to the United States military. With more than 20 million veterans living in this country, the armed services have often needed the nation's largest combat veterans' organization to champion the causes and issues most important to those who have served and those bravely serving today.
"The National Defense is a very patriotic program, and we make no apologies for that fact," said Newberry. We're proud of our men and women in uniform, as well as our military's heritage. Most importantly, we don't favor any political party - we do favor what is best for our troops and we're not shy about it."
"We don't play favorites with any one political party. The VFW's focus is on what's best for our troops. And we won't be shy in bringing any issue to the table. That's what the VFW does, and we don't care if politicians can't take the heat. The VFW is about service and support which is why we dedicate our services to America's uniformed services."
"We are thrilled to have The National Defense join the TRN Entertainment weekend lineup. There are millions of Americans who want and need to hear unfiltered and unbiased opinions from someone like Jerry Newberry, who as a soldier of the Vietnam era, understands the challenges and dangers our troops face," says Mark Masters, CEO of Talk Radio Network Entertainment.
"We look forward to syndicating The National Defense and making sure the issues concerning our military get a full, fair and passionate hearing on a weekly basis," added Masters.
The National Defense will be available on an exclusive market-by-market basis. Contact the TRN Entertainment affiliate department at 888-383-3733 for more information. |

| Washington, D.C. - Political analyst Dick Morris has joined TRN Entertainment as a short-form radio commentator. Morris will be offering one 4 minute and two 90 second daily vignettes with his opinions, observations and personal commentaries.
"We are thrilled to have Dick Morris join the TRN Entertainment team. His unique background makes his personal observations always interesting, compelling, and very enlightening," says Mark Masters, CEO of Talk Radio Network Entertainment.
"We look forward to syndicating 'Dick Morris Reports' and 'Play by Play with Dick Morris' nation-wide with stations coast-to-coast," added Masters.
Morris is best known for managing Bill Clinton's successful 1996 re-election campaign. He served as a political consultant for Clinton for over 20 years. He then moved his focus to media and media commentary, with a weekly national column for the New York Post and regular appearances on the Fox News Channel. Recently, Morris has emerged as critic of the Clintons, writing several bestselling books exposing the inner workings of the Clinton White House.
Dick Morris is credited with the strategy of "triangulation," where a politician would appeal to a diverse group of voters by distancing himself from both the Democratic and Republican parties. Many perceived this as a move to the center of the political spectrum, evidencing a willingness to lose some support on the extreme right and left, in order to gain support among the center.
Morris has written several successful books, most recently Condi vs. Hillary. Other books by Morris include: Rewriting History, Because He Could, Behind the Oval Office, Power Plays, The New Prince, Confessions of a Freelance Writer, Off With Their Heads, Bum Rap on America's Cities and Vote.com.
"Dick Morris Reports" and "Moments with Morris" is scheduled to begin in late March, and will be available on an exclusive market-by-market basis. Contact the TRN affiliate department at 888-383-3733 for more information. |

| Washington, D.C. - TRN Enterprises' The Laura Ingraham Show featured an exclusive live radio interview with Donald Rumsfeld, Tuesday December 12th, believed to be his last radio interview as United States Secretary of Defense.
Commenting on the unpopularity of the war in Iraq, Rumsfeld said, "It's not possible for the military alone to win the struggle, because it's a long struggle. It will take time. The revolutionary war was divisive and unpopular. The civil war was divisive and unpopular. They [the people] tend to find their way to right judgments over time."
Among other topics covered, Ingraham questioned the defense chief on the validity of pursuing conversations with Iran or Syria asking, "How do you talk to Iran and Syria, when Iran itself is so much part of the problem in Iraq?" Rumsfeld replied, "The Iranian involvement is harmful...I can't figure out what exactly would make us think that they want to be cooperative and helpful."
Noting that although Conservatives are generally suspicious of international organizations and international law, Ingraham asked, "Given the complexity of this war against terrorism, how could we go into another major conflict without the support of countries like Russia and China?"
Rumsfeld replied, "The president has fashioned a coalition of some 80 plus countries in the global struggle against these violent extremists...In Iraq there are 28 other countries. In Afghanistan there are 38 other countries. In the Proliferation Security Initiative we've got 60 countries...this allegation that the president is unilateralist is a cop out..."
In closing Ingraham questioned the Defense Chief about lessons learned as he makes preparation to leave the Pentagon.
"This first conflict of the 21st century is in a new century, and in a new media reality...as a result, the management of communication of information is entirely different...yet we're still tied to 20th century approaches towards print media and television." Then quoting Mark Twain Rumsfeld said, "A lie can travel around the world 3 or 4 times while the truth is still putting its boots on."
Rumsfeld, who just returned from Iraq where he bid farewell to the troops and their commanders, will be replaced as Secretary of Defense on December 18th, when former CIA Director, Robert Gates takes the oath of office. This is Rumsfeld's second tour of duty as defense chief. He was previously appointed by President Ford some 30 years ago.
In addition to hosting her nationally syndicated radio program for TRN Enterprises, Laura Ingraham is an author, frequent columnist and television commentator. She often sits in for Bill O'Reilly on The O'Reilly Factor and was featured on C-SPAN'S Q&A with Brian Lamb. Her latest book "Shut Up and Sing: How the Elites in Hollywood, Politics and UN are Subverting America," was a New York Times Best Seller.
Ingraham worked as a speechwriter in the final two years of the Reagan Administration at the White House. She went on to graduate from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was Notes Editor of the Law Review. She served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and then on the Supreme Court of the United States for Justice Clarence Thomas. After clerking, she worked as a white-collar criminal defense attorney for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Ingraham is a graduate of Dartmouth College.

| New York, NY - Jackie Mason is widely regarded as one of the greatest stand-up comics of all time. As a comedian, he has been called "extraordinary" and "brilliant," and he is well known in the entertainment industry as the standard to whom all others are compared. Mason reached the apex of American entertainment culture when he became a regular performer on the nation's preeminent television variety program, The Ed Sullivan Show. Mason's stand-up routine is now more popular than ever, combining pungent political satire, insightful observations on the foibles of modern life and impeccable timing to create material that leaves audiences laughing until they cry and critics raving show after show. Now this incredible talent is brought to the airwaves by Talk Radio Network Entertainment as they announce the launch of The Jackie Mason Show on Sunday July 2, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST.
"TRN Entertainment is honored to be working with such a comic legend, I grew up with his stand-up and later his TV and movie appearances, his quick wit and unique observations of everyday life are a treat for audiences of all ages," said Mark Masters, CEO of TRN Entertainment. "A live weekly radio show is the perfect stage for Jackie to introduce his work to a new generation and to continue to master his special brand of the comedic arts."
Born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Jackie Mason was raised on the Lower East Side of Manhattan surrounded by rabbis. His father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great, great-grandfather were all rabbis, as are his three brothers. No surprise that at age 25, Mason was ordained a rabbi. Three years later, he quit his job in a synagogue to become a comedian because, as he says, "Somebody in the family had to make a living."
From humble comic beginnings in New York, the Borscht Belt, and comedy clubs around the country, Mason rose to be one the hottest comics in America in the early 1960's. Later Mason took his show to Los Angeles | | | |
