About Talk Radio Network
Founded in 1993, the Talk Radio Network companies are a juggernaut in long form talk syndication – eclipsing all other syndicators in the launch and development of long form syndicated radio talk programs, having created eight of the ten-largest syndicated shows in America’s history.
This is due to what Mark Masters terms, “a fearless entrepreneurial environment at TRN.” Since 2014, the TRN companies continue to be the legacy of Masters’ achievements.
“Whether it is the syndication of conservatives, liberals, libertarians or lifestyle shows, the TRN companies love to create great programming.”
Recently, TRN filed a federal lawsuit against Cumulus Media for anti-competitive abuses. These abuses not only affect the talk radio industry, but our country as a whole. Unlike television, which is scripted by nature, talk radio is key to the First Amendment in that it allows for the open expression of differing political views in radio, by callers and hosts.
Says Mark Masters, “These unique freedoms that exist within talk radio must not be controlled by a select group.”
